Hi Dennis et al,
Regarding my 2 missing links. I found and eliminated on PRDH225.doc and
created a dummy Rheinsheimnames.xls which says "Delete me after finding and
removing link in Legacy". Now I can backup MM without the warning. I would
still like to eliminate that one link to dummy but Access hasn't helped in
this case.
Thank you.

The file "PRDH225" is IDIR = 10954; IDType = 41
File Rheinsheimnames is IDIR = 15413; IDType = 41
I expected IDIR to be same as RIN and it is for photos, PicType = 0
Anything showing PicType = 1 is supposed to be a sound file. Since I don't
use sound files I use the sound button to link to HTM, PDF, DOC and EXE.
Someone sent me a substitute icon for the Sound which which improves the
esthetics.
Anyway these Legacy illegal MM files don't seem to show correct IDIR number
in Access.
IDIRs point to different things based on the IDType. (IDIR is a bad name
for this column.) IDType=41 points to a Source Citation (Source Detail)
record in tblSX. If you look in tblSX, IDIME points to different things
based on its Type. You will eventually be able to track it back.
Happy hunting!
