Hi Dennis,
I now have just one MM file not found. The path was moved from my Documents
to C:\Legacy\MM\ (using Access). I created a dummy file so that backup now
reports all MM paths OK. When I look in tblBR I find what you asked for:
tblBR
IDIR = 15413
IDType = 41
PicType = 0
PicCaption = page8
PicSoundName = Rheinsheimnames.xls
but you lost me when you said look in tblSX for the IDIR of 15413. I was
looking for a heading of IDIR but it isn't in this table. I did find 15413
under IDSX (duh). There the IDIME = 25248. I checked RIN 25248 and there
were 2 pictures of the source citation, one was the dummy file. I removed
the link and deleted the file. All OK now.
Thank you very much for the lesson.

but Access hasn't helped in
this case.
As I said previously, your files are associated with source detail
records. Look for those two IDIRs in tblSX. When you find them, what do
the IDIME and Type columns say?
