After the documents have been converted to text by OCR software, the
notes entry screen has a button marked Read. click on that, select the
text file and Legacy will read the text from the file and insert it into
the Notes.
You will be given the option of replacing the existing Notes with the
contents or appending the contents to the Notes already there. If you
want to position the text somewhere other than the end you will then
have to cut it from the end and insert it by pasting where you want it.
