I copy the WWI records into Word, directly from ancestry.com, then save
it as a Word doc. Then paste it into Notes with no problem. I have to do
a little editing but it is better than typing all the information. When
I copy it into Word I choose "save text only" then edit.
Can you find the records you have on line? If so copy and paste the
info. into a word processor then paste it into notes. The only way you
can use the scanned copy is as a .jpeg unless you go though the OCR
routine.
