I went to the webpage that lists the error numbers but when I select "Error 3021" I get something about Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service Pack. Earlier this afternoon I got a page not found.
The error I get is when I want to add a new person. The exact message reads " Error getting next deleted RIN. Error 3021. No current record. Would you like to try again?. Three options appear YES NO Quit. I select NO and everything proceeds and I get the next number. How do I get rid of this message Marilyn -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
