I was not suggesting that discussing Legacy web pages is off topic - I do it regularly (especially their bugs). What I was suggesting was that details of html is off topic. BTW there is no problem in using Notepad to amend html. It is the standard use for Notepad and I use it regularly. Personnally I much prefer to write my own html rather than use software such as FrontPage as it gives me much more control over the pages but I guess that's a matter of taste.

If you are discussing the Legacy webpages is it off topic?  I think one
suggestion would be for Millennia to add a counter to the index pages of
their web pages. It is something that I think most people would love to use
and the coding is not too complex.
