I took it the other way around - Ed was poking fun at himself by
misspelling dumb. I hope your interpretation is incorrect. It is hard
to get tone of voice from an email, but really most people on this
list are very helpful, and more than one person has posted about
so-called "dumb" questions and been reassured there is no such thing.
Sometimes people misinterpret or put across their opinions in a strong
manner, but that is the way of most communities, and ours is no
exception. I've learned to ignore the unhelpful (usually someone else
will comment! LOL) and be grateful for the opposite.

You'll most likely enjoy using Legacy, and hopefully you won't
hesitate to ask another question. I've asked tons! And then one day
you'll be on the answering end! Just like any other learning and
teaching community.
