No! Don't do that unless you want to continue a thread with a slightly different title. By replying to a message, you're actually relating your now unrelated message to a previous thread. All client mailers will, when replying to a message, add a POP3 header that references the previous message. The first message of a new thread shouldn't contain any cross-reference headers.
