George,

Your Legacy folder should be full of them - well, at least a couple of them
even if you've never created any reports or customized views. Did you
reinstall Legacy with the latest build after deleting the legacy.lng file?

Thanks for using Legacy.

Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Legacy 6.0 error 380

Hi Sherry,
I followed your instructions and found the Legacy solution to Legacy Error
380. It said "delete from the Legacy folder on your hard drive all files
that end with a .USR extension. Delete the legacy.Ing file. When you
restart Legacy you will need to reset any customized settings you made.
Next update Legacy 6.0"

I wasn't unable to locate any files with a .USR extension, but I did delete
the legacy Ing. file.

When I attempted to open my Legacy 6.0 I got an error message that told me
my .Ing file was missing and it wouldn't open.

What is my next course of action?
 Thank you, George
