If you mean a drop down chart, then it isn't available in Legacy.
You can produce one with the Legacy Add-on, Legacy TreeDraw.
You can produce a left to right descendant box chart with Legacy
using the Descendant Chart report and choosing relevant options.
I'm not sure whether version 2 Legacy Charting Companion - another
add-on - now does drop down charts as well. Version 1 also created
left to right charts.
