After you have saved the annotation, a green paper clip symbol will
appear on the current page. Click it to see your annotation.
Ironic, isn't it, that the feature is not actually in the Help File (at
least that I can find).

I've never used it. I wonder what happens to the annotations when
Millennia sends out an updated Help file?
