I can sympathise with your frustration; I had similar trouble myself but can't remember how I overcame the problem. It may have been by subscribing through the Millennia website. I wouldn't remove yourself from the mailing list - there's an awful lot of junk I go through the subject lines quickly and delete most of the messages - Eudora filters most of them into mail box named Legacy for me. BUT there is often some very good advice too. This below might be what you are looking for; but I will forward your message to the list.
