Thanks, Mary. All my sources are definitely not by the rules. The census events are sources method I invented myself; got into a big argument about that here a couple of year ago, which I will not repeat. In several places I have event and source information inside General Notes; that's what I'll be spending years fixing!
Oh, as Ron says, I realize that it won't take 300 times as long to upload the full file. I'm using DSL. And I guess you all are right about updating a single page. Change the fences?! That's my favorite part! Bill Hurst ------------------------- Hi Bill On 4/7/06, William Hurst <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > uploaded three generations from my grandmother as a test. Looks good to me! My broadband takes 3 minutes for 400 people. > I haven't tried updating a page. Can you update a page, don't they all change when you edit your master file? Please don't take it down - just change those fences ! cheers, Mary Young www.cmy.org.uk Enter the drawing for a FREE Legacy Cruise to Alaska or a FREE research trip to Salt Lake's Family History Library.
