Hello Clifford,
Once you download the pdf files they can be linked as a source citation in a
hokey sort of way as a sound (or video) attachment. Create a source such as
"Missouri state archives death certificates" for the death event and for
citation click first on the picture icon. Then when you get to the "Picture
gallery for source detail: Death" click on the "sound" icon, navigate to the
folder where you storedthe PDF file, In Files of type: window select all
files and select the file. I don't believe you can get thin in your Legacy
created website and it does look awkward from a Sound Icon. It is possible
to modify the unsightly unsound icon.
Good luck,
Richard

Subject: [LegacyUG] Attaching PDF Death Certificate File in Legacy
Dear LUG:
I just got into a treasure trove of data at
http://www.sos.mo.gov/archives/resources/deathcertificates
where the Missouri state archives is posting death certificates from
1910-55, with actual images available and downloadable from 1910-20.
MY QUESTION:
I think this may have been discussed before, but if so, please repeat:
How does one attach PDF file images to a Legacy database? ... and
Does this transfer to the resulting Legacy constructed family Website?
Thanks,
Clifford G Andrew MD PhD
