I used the event Ordination to note the date my great aunt was ordained as a nun. She worked as a teacher, so I used the occupation events to cover that part of her ministry. This should be all that you need. You can always put in the notes under Ordination how you want the event to read, and then in Sentence Override simply insert the [Notes] field. But place her position (R. C. nun), date of ordination, and city it occurred in in the other fields so they can sort by date, and if you ever export the event without notes, others will have a more concise listing.
