Hi,
Largely because I like to ensure that as far as possible my webpages are
compatible with as many browsers as possible (even though I know that there
is a problem with Opera which doesn't seem to handle Javascript in the same
way as the others). WRT IE 7 it is a case of forewarned is forearmed really,
and yes as far as I know it is still in the Beta phase.

With all those "others", why do you feel the need for IE 7? Isn't it still
in the BETA ( 2 ) phase?

Thanks, Myrna, I have Firefox, Netscape, Opera, MSN and IE, all of which
have their good and bad points. However in this instance I merely wish to
know if problems which I seem to remember were associated with IE 7 and
Legacy have been sorted before I upgrade.
