Sherry, I'm changing the subject line here. In your reply yesterday, you wrote that there have been "some problems" with the Q date format and those bugs are being fixed in beta.
Other than the report output problems I stumbled upon, can you tell us what other, if any, aspects of Legacy are being affected? Put another way, is the Q date format only affecting report output or are other problems present? If it is the latter, that might affect database intregrity.
