Hi again Mary, I've duplicated your picture list problem. My wife's great aunt certainly had nothing to do with my military discharge, nor did my second cousin, once removed, however they both show up below the .jpg's of this document.
Sorry you're having trouble, yet glad I'm not alone!!! Eric Go Sabres!!! On 5/4/06, M. Brenzel <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
I've just started looking at the Picture List available in the Scrapbook. I'm wondering if I've found a problem or perhaps this has already been reported. I was finding people's names below pictures with which they had no connection. So I unchecked everything on the Scrapbook Options dialog except "Locations" and clicked on Print Picture List. On that dialog, I didn't make any selections. The report lists pictures associated with locations as expected. I then turned on "include person's name" and the result was 1 person with each of the 2 photos that I have attached to locations. The problem is that neither of those people has any connection with the location - no birth, death, or additional event - nothing. I did the same thing for photos connected to source details which is where most of my photos are attached (such as census images from Ancestry.com). If I don't include names, then the list looks fine, although it appears that each photo is listed for however many times that it is attached to a source detail (attached to 6 event source details - listed 6 times on report). If I include peoples' names, then names are listed below the photo file name that have no connection whatsoever to that photo. I have people listed with a census image from Hartford, CT who never lived in Hartford and people listed with a birth record from England who were born in the U.S., never having left our soil. Can anyone duplicate this? Mary North Tonawanda, NY
