Thanks. Is it necessary to use one folder for all picture files with this Backup Multimedia Files method?
Waiting for the next public build of Legacy 6 Deluxe to see if there is an option for a smaller program download size. My relatives who like a Narrative-style report with pictures do not have high speed Internet or advanced computer skills. A lot of birth and death registration images are available but printing them a readable size in Legacy reports with custom events is complex. Spouse pictures are omitted in RTF reports saved with Legacy 6.0.0.83 so a project using that method is on hold. The same individual in Ontario could have a one line registration for one event and a full page registration for another event so Legacy scrapbooks and reports saved as PDF with one size of pictures do not work. -- Elizabeth ----- Original Message ----- From: "Cathy" > Once you've separated the part of the tree you wish to send, open it in > Legacy and then use the Backup Multimedia Files.
