I just tested the Family Group Sheet and the burial picture was included
there when I turned on the option for event pictures in the Include tab
of the report options screen. I suggest you experiment with other reports.

Recently someone commented on the idea of creating a Cemetery Event
because there is no way to print Burial Event pictures in any Legacy
reports. Horrors! I am about 90% done in inputting pictures from a
marathon gravestone photographing trip, needless to say, all put into the
Burial events.
First, is there really no way to get these to print in a narrative report?
Why would Legacy let us add info that cannot be used? (And why only for
the one Event? Birth, Christening & Death pictures do print.) If it is
true, is there any way to mass move/change the Burial Events to be
Cemetery Events instead? I have notes and pictures in at least 80 from
this trip alone, and have many others entered over the years. I'm sure I
can tag them and then manually create new Events that are a duplicate of
the ones in there now except for the name and placement, and then I
suppose I should delete the Burial Events as duplicate info, but that
seems like a lot of work.
Also, I had intended to create an Appendix with a (selected) location
report that includes pictures and notes about places the family lived and
worked. I cannot see how to do a Location report with pictures. Surely
there is a way? Why would we be able to associate pictures with places
and then not be able to print them?
If there really is no way to do it, both seem like missing features that
come very close to being bugs
