I don't, but somewhere along the various transfers from other programs
to Legacy, I ended up with over 1200 marriages where Legacy thinks
they ended in divorce. What I really want is a way to do a global
change on those. I know of about ten divorces in my ancestry. I
changed all those for my direct ancestors manually last night, about
70.

Now I have 441 couples with multiple marriages I need to look at for
"ended in divorce".

Is there a easy way, without using ACCESS, to delete events on
individual records? I have lots of records with an immigration event
that does not apply to that person. Then there are Surety levels for
marriages, etc.

Lots of data cleanup.

Regards,

Steven C. Perkins

Do you presume all second marriages emanate from marriages that ended in
divorce? I would not want to capture this data due to the highly inaccurate
and sloppy record keeping that is available to us searchers. Could lead to
highly flawed conclusions.

Just a thought.
