Well, I may have answered my own question, but I'd still be interested in hearing if this sounds like it is not the 'proper' thing to do. I left my source list name as it was with the newspaper as the title. I went to the Repository tab and entered the name of the society file along with the FO 4 p.95 in the Call Number line. It seems logical to me that this would work, but I don't have a lot of experience with entering sources so if someone sees a problem with this entry let me know.
