This is more than just trademark: it's being a good citizen. I'm against an Apache project taking the name of another open-source project - permission or not. So, I don't think 'Apache PubSub' is appropriate. Rohit used mod_pubsub throughout his PhD dissertation, has given talks at ApacheCon about it, and has several published papers using that name. -- justin
