That's fine for the half dozen (?) of you who have access to that
legal advice. But for the tens of thousands of us who only have

I have no access to the legal advice. I'm simply trusting that the
emails I read on this list are correct (that the LWG have legal advice,
and that other people have email contact with the OS).
