Short answer: No.

Long answer: This license is too broad and attempts to extend the scope of the license beyond the software and derived works and into things like training materials. Additionally, there is an irony in that this license does not attempt to impose itself on incoming contributions, but rather, uses BSD 2-Clause Plus Patent License. It begs the question of why upstream does not simply use that license (which is Free and acceptable for Fedora).

Ack, I've closed https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1767234
