This draft doesn't specify a specific git forge, but it seems all of them
allow subscribing to issues and/or pull requests.
It is possible. The address is
https://gitlab.com/fedora/legal/fedora-license-data
and once you log in, you can subscribe to the notification of the repo (the bell at header space) and it can be widely
customized.
