This is the one on the shelves now. At least at the apple store this afternoon in Emeryville CA. This is a normal (not a family pack) license in the original box (unsealed). Apple asks $129 + Tax. I am asking $95 shipped. Since I need delivery confirmation it will cost about $5-7 for me to ship. So that means I will make mid 80's for what you would pay $138 for at 7% sales tax. More than fair.
