This is another one of my long-shot trade offers, but here goes: I really need a good working battery for my Pismo, as the current one seems to be dead. It doesn't need to be perfect or brand new, but it should still last a few hours. I could also use a good battery for my 17" G4, but it isn't as urgent (I currently have two batteries that hold about 15 minutes each). I have a few things that I could trade, including a PowerBook 1400cs/133 that works great but has some cosmetic flaws, a PowerBook 3400/Kanga CD-ROM drive, PowerBook G3 RAM, the old battery(s) that I'm replacing (if you don't need a good battery but still want a placeholder), or, if you live in the Houston area or are willing to pay shipping, a stock 500mhz PowerMac G4 Sawtooth. I may be able to think of a few more non-Apple items as well.
There's a slight chance that I may be able to buy a used battery if it is cheap enough, but based on the prices I've seen on eBay and the like, I feel like a trade is more likely.
