Bin Laden had left Afghanistan Regional-Afghanistan, Politics, 9/21/2001 http://www.arabicnews.com/ansub/Daily/Day/010921/2001092117.html The Pakistani "news" paper said today ( Friday) that the former Afghani minister of the Interior Nasrullah Babar announced that Usama Bin Laden, the main suspect in the attacks against New York and Washington on September 11 had left Afghanistan. The paper quoted other sources that it did not disclose that Bin Laden had left Afghanistan on Monday before Afghanistan's scholars met in Kabul to decide his fate, noting that the scholars ended their meeting on Thursday by releasing a decision asking Bin Laden to leave the country voluntarily. On the other hand, a source close from the Taliban movement said that Bin Laden had left Afghanistan four days ago and he is no more in this country. ------------------------------------------- Macdonald Stainsby Rad-Green List: Radical anti-capitalist environmental discussion. http://lists.econ.utah.edu/mailman/listinfo/rad-green ---- Leninist-International: Building bridges in the tradition of V.I.
