Maoists maim rapist Underground Maoists publicly maimed an activist of the party who raped a 12-year-old disabled girl in neighbouring Nuwakot district this month, party sources said. The girl is undergoing treatment at the Teaching Hospital in the capital. The action was taken against Kaile Giri, a member of the Maoist local people's government, at Haldekali village where the violence occurred.
