This is word magic. It reminds me of the Readers' Digest during WW 2 putting in filler saying something like Support the War Effort. Call Hitler by his won name (Shickelgrube). Fascism was a _movement_, not just a bunch of bad guys. You don't say a word about my analysis. You just freak out on the realities of bourgeois democracy, one of the most ruthless state machines in human history. This is characteristic of many, perhaps most (but not all) attempts to extend the reach of the term Fascism -- an extreme naivete about the glories of bourgeois democracy -- and hence also a failure to see the usefulness of defending and extending bourgeois democracy as part of the revolutionary struggle.
