While these three lenses seem to use the same optical layout (at first
glance) and only differ regarding the housing, the "HD PENTAX-DA 55-
300mm F4.5-6.3 ED PLM WR RE" is definitely a different lens: Different
amount of lenses/groups, different max. aperture on the long range.
I think for the new focus mechanism (rear focus / by wire) a redesign
was required.

Unfortunately I neither have a K-1 nor a smc Pentax-DA 70mm f/2.4.
So can't help here, but I would take them for free and would then
provide configuration :-)
