At present, c.rstCommands.writeAtAutoFile **ignores** whatever is in the root @auto node(!), that is, the directives inserted by the import code. Everything works fine, but this will likely be source of confusion. It's not entirely clear what to do about this. Perhaps the rST import code could insert a warning (in the root node itself) that the node will be ignored. The alternative would be to do AI to determine what to ignore, but that could be even more confusing. Any suggestions?
