Well, it *is* very confusing now, because it has @others that doesn't
mean what it's specified to mean. We are doing a very special kind of
tangling that is not described by @others. This seems to require a new
directive, @others-rst or somesuch.

The upside of this is that you can tangle rst sections without using @auto.
