This may seem like a very stupid question whose answer is obvious
(just not to me) but I've often wondered what's the best way to look
at the myLeoSettings.leo file within Leo with some kind of outline
structure.

If I simply import the file, it just comes in all in one node. It
seems like it should be like a Leo derived file with sentinels. Any
suggestions would be appreciated as I end up using another text editor
to modify the settings since the Find and Replace functions in Leo are
non-intuitive to me.
