Well, that idea is a bust.  To get the links in the slideshow correct,
the slideshow *must* be made from the slideshow folder.

BTW, a "make clean" followed by a "make html" in the leo/doc/html
folder *also* makes .html files for the slides in the leo/doc/html/
_build tree, but these slides in this _build tree are not linked
correctly.

All of this suggests that it would be simpler and less confusing to
create a leo\slides folder to contain all slideshows.  This would keep
everything separate.  An alternative might be for the make-slideshow
command to run make from the proper folder..

Anyone have any insights here?
