But then, I could be biased :-) A "line" connecting nodes forms a "view" (my terminology). This is the "sea of nodes" point of view. Presumably, nodes have no intrinsic descendants. It's not a totally outrageous way of doing things. The strength of this approach is not its DOM, but rather the ability to see multiple nodes at once. It would be possible to do in Leo, and perhaps it should be done. This is a presentation issue, not a data issue.
