I tried to enable the Solarized colour settings but they seem to have
no effect. This is what I did:

- Open LeoSettings.leo, locate and Copy Node "@ignore Solarized
colorizing settings"
- Open MyLeoSettings.leo, Paste Node into @settings, remove '@ignore'.
The outline looks like:

- @settings
--- Solarized colorizing settings
------ Solarized colors (Reference)
------ Default colors ....
--------- @color blank_color = grey
--------- @color tab_color = black
...etc.

- save, reboot Leo

Was that the correct procedure?
