Somehow the bindings for the arrow keys are not being recognized.  This is
the first time I have ever heard of this behavior.  What OS and keyboard
are you using?  Do you have leoSettings.leo installed in leo/config folder?

This could be called a bug: 

Leo shouldn't just dump text into the body pane for unrecognized
keystrokes!
