I also got that some versions ago, I dont have it now, I thoguht it was intended as some sort of help to quickly display the binding key name so the user could bind that key to some action without having to find the key names etc, so I reported nothing hehe. I noticed this would happen when the log pane was selected, then arrows would work that way, same as enter, etc. they wrre displayed in log pane with their name. Windows 7 all the time, no big changes, I would say Leo version was the change that solved it to me, but not sure. Leo editor is a misterious thing some times for newcomers :P
