This is the Leo installation info page: https://kaleguy.github.io/leovue/#/t/7/ I tried the windows installer on a couple of different machines and it didn't work, so I'm just pointing people to the zip file of 5.3 which has everything and works. The installation instructions on the main site are way too complicated for regular users.
