I just enhanced the viewrendered3 plugin so that, if the selected node starts with a "<" character, the entire subtree can be run in the browser pane. Please note that this capability is very simple-minded, and does not know about Leo directives, etc. In the future, I expect to improve this so that there can be markdown or restructured text in a tree, and the javascript will still load and run correctly.
