Well, this is a bizarre new policy.

Jacob, would you be willing to make these changes?

- Stable Release: refer readers to Leo's home page rather than mentioning a
version number.
  This will eliminate one to-do item when publishing a new release.
  And it means I won't ever have to edit Leo's wikipedia page.

- Add a link to leoJS: https://github.com/boltex/leojs
