Thanks to all who supported me! Feeling better, passed the stone, the other ones will get pulverized by ultrasound in the following week(s) so it wont be a crazy painful episode like this was!
Also, knowing what the issue is, and having the proper ureter-relaxant and painkiller in stock, is a great relief!
