DOUBLE CHOCOLATE LAYER CAKE
18.25 oz box French vanilla cake mix
4 oz white chocolate, melted
16 oz can cream cheese frosting
2 cans 16 oz milk chocolate frosting
GARNISH: Red Roses or other fresh cut flowers from garden
Heat oven to 35O degrees.* Prepare cake mix according to package directions. In bowl, combine 1 cup batter and melted chocolate. Pour into remaining batter, stir 1 min. Divide among 4 greased 9 inch round cake pans. Bake 25 min. Freeze 10 min. Remove from pans and place 1 layer on PLATE, spread with 1/2 cup cream cheese frosting, top with second layer and 1/2 cup chocolate frosting, top with third layer and 1/2 cup cream cheese frosting, top with final layer, coat cake with remaining chocolate frosting. Place remaining cream cheese frosting in pastry bag with star tip. Pipe rosettes around edge of cake. APPLY GARNISH. Makes 6 servings.*
