Seafood Spaghetti Pie

6 oz spaghetti.  Cooked and drained.

 

1 egg, beaten

2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (reserve half)

1/4 tsp garlic powder. 

Add the above, reserving half of the cheese.  Toss to coat spaghetti well.

Press mixture over bottom and up sides of a greased 9” pie plate.

 

3 additional eggs, beaten

1/2 lb tiny shrimp

1/2 lb crabmeat

1 cup evaporated milk

Reserved Parmesan cheese

3 tbsp chopped green onion

1/2 tsp dried dill weed

Combine above well and pour mixture in spaghetti lined plate.

Sprinkle with paprika on top. 

Bake at 350ยบ for 35-40 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean. 

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.  You may want to put foil around the

edges of the pie.

Yields 6 servings.
