Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
Mix together. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. use fork dipped in water to make cross marks on top of cookie.
Bake at 350 degres for 10 mins.
Let set on cookie sheet 5 mins after baking, then remove to wire rack to cool.
