#2414: Luit fix is wrong

I think the fix Dan put to the Luit page is wrong, since it specifies the
default path.
It's currently --with-
localealiasfile=$XORG_PREFIX/lib/X11/locale/locale.alias,
but that is indeed the default location for it, and at least on my system
locale.alias of X is in $XORG_PREFIX/share/lib/X11/locale/locale.alias..
