The locale.alias file is supposed to be in
$XORG_PREFIX/lib/X11/locale/locale.alias.
If following the book to the letter results in locale.alias being in
$XORG_PREFIX/share/lib/X11/locale/locale.alias, please open a separate bug
for this, because "share/lib" is prohibited by FHS.
