yes You can move /mnt/lfs anywhere you have enough space (LFS will take
near 7-8 GiB of free space
umount all devices like /mnt/lfs/dev/{shm,pts} /mnt/lfs/proc /mnt/lfs/sys
and move full directory /mnt/lfs to another place eq. home partition.
